- Customer'sminimum age should be 24 years
- Customer must posses original Driving license and ID proof (Aadhar card/passport); for Foreign nationals they should have International Driving Permit with Driving license
- Customer's booking name and the name in the Driving license should be the same
- Original Driving license and ID proof (Aadhar card/passport) must be submitted and can be taken back after the ride.
- To have a quick online self drive car booking, you can upload it before the trip itself, so that verification will be completed before your trip.
- For the access of the cheapest monthly car rental booking, you can upload the documents prior to the booking itself, and also it will be physically verified, at the time of booking.
- Both the sides of the proofs must be uploaded for the verification.
- Booking cancelled prior to 24 hours of booking-time, no charges will be deducted
- Booking cancelled within 24 hours of booking-time, 50% of the total fee or processing fee will alone be deducted.
- Booking cancelled at the time of pick up or after that, no fee will be refunded.
- For hourly self drive car rental pickups, no refund can be processed with cancellation.
- If the necessary documents are not provided at the time of booking, Comfort Carz have the rights to cancel the booking.

- Places like snowy, rocky, sand dunes, rocky terrains and Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh are prohibited
Yes, it can be booked for home delivery, for the accessible areas-charges will be added accordingly

You can drive 300 Kilometers per day
Minimum booking duration will be 12 hours
Comfortcarz accepts payment through Credit Card, Debit card, Wallet, Net banking, UPI. The customers are requested to make a payment in advance through app or website or link shared by our support team. We do not accept cash as mode of payment
Within 24 hours by the end of booking invoice will be generated and will be sent to the registered email id
- Speed limit will be 80 km/hr
- If exceeded two warnings will be provided, after which you will be liable to fines.
