2. To have a quick online self drive car booking, you can upload it before the trip itself, so that verification will be completed before your trip.

1. For the access of the cheapest monthly car rental booking, you can upload the documents prior to the booking itself, and also it will be physically verified, at the time of booking.
2. Both the sides of the proofs must be uploaded for the verification.

1. Booking cancelled prior to 24 hours of booking-time, no charges will be deducted
2. Booking cancelled within 24 hours of booking-time, 50% of the total fee or processing fee will alone be deducted.
3. Booking cancelled at the time of pick up or after that, no fee will be refunded.
4. For hourly self drive car rental pickups, no refund can be processed with cancellation.
5. If the necessary documents are not provided at the time of booking, Comfort Carz have the rights to cancel the booking.
